Hey Trimmers,

Today is the best day to start preparing for next week's shopping list, deals and coupons. My favorite website SundayCouponPreview.com always makes sure that I am prepared for knowing what's in my local Sunday newspaper of course there are some regional differences with each newspaper so they are not always 100% accurate on just one newspaper. Make sure you go and check this site out and get those trim list's ready, I know I will!!

 FYI this week has 4 coupon ads in it so you might want to stack up on a few newspapers so you can make the most of next weeks deals. Make sure you recycle those papers after your done.

My Walmart Trip

Hey Trimmers,

Today I needed to make a quick trip with one of my Slick Deals to Walmart to get my FREE 16x20 Matte Poster. Yes I said FREE, for this size picture you are usually paying like $15 or more I only had to pay .60 cent taxes which is fine by me.

Trimmers in addition to this great deal above I did some extra shopping with coupons of course. I purchased a 1- Anchor Mixing Bowl 4 qt.  and 4- Schick disposable razor "Value Price" 12 pack. I printed:

Friday's "Sunday Coupon Preview Prep Day"

Today on every Friday is the typical day that I start to prepare myself for all of next weeks special deals.   

The stores that I shop at on a regular basis are the websites I usually prepare for, some stores like: 

Target Weekly Ad's, Walmart Weekly Ad's, and CVS Weekly Ad. There are so many stores which I choose to shop from but these are my everyday regulars for special 

trim deals.

Hey Trimmers, Today I was a little busy but I made another Target stop once again I purchased another Lime Green "Room Essential" 3-drawer cart and also tagged along 2 FREE Cascade Complete dishwasher packs. Welcome to my Blog everyone its the first day of September 'National Coupon Month' has began, what better month to start a brand new blog, Right? First of all I wanted to start out letting my readers know that this is my personal blog random things can be posted and anytime I do plan to turn professional in the future but for now I'm just having fun sharing the things I enjoy. 

So I know your wondering how is it National Coupon month well, According to Coupon Month Facts - The first coupon was issued in 1894 by a druggist who had purchased the formula for Coca-Cola. He hand wrote his coupons for a free glass of Coca-Cola. The first actual grocery coupon was issued the following year by C.W. Post. It was for one cent off of Post Grape Nuts Cereal! Did you also know that 3 out of 4 (76%) of US Consumers use coupons? This adds up to nearly $3 Billion dollars saved annually!" 


         Alot of people feel like they don't have time to use coupons but you have time to work and make money at a job, Right. Well coupons are money if you look at how much they save you on your monthly purchases you will see how much of your actual cash you do save. Some reasons why coupons are so important to me:

#1 I can be a SAHM to my  2 1/2 year old son

(who could be a better baby sitter than a child's own mother) Shout outs to all my single mother's out there that do not have this option.
#2 I can provide my families desired assortment of healthy meals at a low cost.
#3 I can shop the way I want to and afford to keep my family fashionably dressed the way we love to dress!
#4 I can splurge new items my family enjoy without risking a hit financially.

These are plenty of logical ways that only take a couple hours a week to search for deals and coupons – so my family is better off financially. Plus its a very intriguing challenge and hobby, I am always learning new things about couponing and I am grateful that they exist!

Great deals today, to bad I couldn't get them all my original plan didn't go as well as I thought it would but here are the deals I did get:

This deal trimmed my price down to $3.88 for 8 items 4 bars of soap at .97 cents and 4 shave gel at $1.97 for FREE. I thought that was a pretty great deal myself.

This trimmed my price down to .47 cents for 1 bottle of polish remover.

This trimmed my price down to Free for 1 bottle of shampoo deal make for me.

I stumbled across this deal and fortunately had my coupon ready to go. This deal was a major money maker for today to bad the overage could not have been used. This trimmed my price down to FREE with .25 cents overage. 

Starkist Tuna Pouch 2.6 oz.

Temporary Price Cut .90 cents Original Price $1.09

         1- Save .50 cents on Starkist Pouch Product (manufacture coupon) exp. 8/31

This trimmed my price down to .40 cents for 1 tuna pouch.

The Grand Total for everything I purchased was $8.73 for 17 items. This wasn't my completely free deal but i got some great deals.
